Scheme for construction of individual room units at Chotiwala's Ayurveda and Yoga Research Centre
Dr. Singh
has introduced a scheme for well wishers & donors
to Chotiwala Ayurveda and Yoga (Trust), offering construction
of Individual Room Units. It is as follows :
Construction of Individual
Room Units
Type of Units :
Under the scheme, the Donors will be able to
construct three types of Units. The names of such donors will be inscribed on
plates to be displayed outside the Unit. Donor will only be able to use this
accommodation during the Residential Ayurvedic and Yoga Camps of the
Institution.
Type ‘A’ Module - Ground +
Two Floors (Separate block for Type ‘A’)

Facilities available to donors of Type ‘A’
1) Donor will be provided an Identity Card.
2) Donor will receive a copy of
Chotiwala's Ayurveda,
a Quarterly journal of Chotiwala Ayurveda and Yoga (Trust) in
the language of his/her choice free of cost every
Quaterly.
3) Donor’s name
will be inscribed on the plates to be displayed
outside the Unit.
4) Facilities for participating
in Residential Camp – The donor and his family
(four members) will be able to stay free of cost,
once a year. Under this category the donor will
also be privileged to nominate two poor persons
to participate in these camps, on priority basis,
free of charges.
5) Barring camps, the donor will
be allowed to avail accommodation in the Guest House
of the Institution on priority basis, free of charge,
for a maximum of three days once a year. barring
camps.
6) Medical Facility – After
the completion of final project of the Institution,
special arrangement for treatment will be available
to the donors.
7) Non Residential Ayurveda and Yoga Science
Camps : Four free passes of very special category
for a donor of this category will be given.
Facilities available to donors of Type ‘B’
1) Donor will be provided
an Identity Card.
2) Donor will receive a copy of
Chotiwala's Ayurveda, a Quarterly journal of
Chotiwala Ayurveda and Yoga
(Trust) in the language of his/her choice free of
cost, every month.
3) Donors name will be inscribed
on the plates to be displayed outside the Unit.
4) Facilities for participating
in Residential Camp – The donor with his spouse
(two members) will be able to stay free of cost,
once in a year. Under this category the donor will
also be privileged to nominate one poor person to
participate in these camps, on priority basis, free
of charges.
5) The donor will be allowed to
avail accommodation in the Guest House of the Institution,
on priority basis, free of charges for maximum of
three days once a year.
6) Medical Facility – After the completion
of final project of the Institution, special arrangement
for treatment will be available to the donors, who
donate for construction of a Unit.
7) Non Residential Ayurveda and Yoga Science

for the donor of this category will be given.

1) Donor will be provided

Chotiwala's Ayurveda
a Quarterly Journal of Chotiwala Ayurveda and Yoga (Trust) in
the language of his/her choice free of cost every
month.
3) Donors name will be inscribed
on the plates to be displayed outside the Unit.
4) Facilities for participating
in Residential Camp – The donor with his spouse
(two members) will be able to stay free of cost,
once in a year, during the Residential Camp organized
by Chotiwala Ayurveda and Yoga.
5) The donor will be allowed to
avail accommodation in the Guest House of the
Institution, on priority basis, free of charge for
maximum of three days once in a year.
6) Medical Facility – After
the completion of final project of the Institution,
special arrangement for treatment will be available
to the donors, who donate for construction of a
Unit.
7) Non Residential Ayurveda and Yoga Science
Camps : Two free passes of very special category
for the donor of this category will be given.
Special Attention
:
1) For maintenance of accommodation
& smooth running of the Institution, Donors
of category ‘A’, ‘B’ &
‘C’ will be required to pay a minimum
sum of rupees Two thousand at the time of departure
from Residential Camps. However donors are welcome
to pay any amount beyond the prescribed limit.
2) The managing committee of the
Institution reserves the rights to amend, modify
or change the above mentioned facilities from time
to time.
How to Donate /Contribute
The donors willing to construct any of the above
Units in the categories mentioned, should fill up
the enclosed form along with latest photograph (stamp
size) & attach the DD of an equivalent amount
of the category of Unit desired to be the constructed.
DD should be drawn in favour of Chotiwala
Ayurveda and Yoga (Trust), payable at Bhopal.
