Let me tell some thing about the history of Chotiwala's Tutorials And Guidance. After passing graduation from Bundalkhand Government Ayurvedic College Jhansi 284003, (U.P.) Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh wanted to do higher study. So He searched for the proper guidance that can guide to him. But at that time no buddy was around him to help. Whenever He asked his seniors, they said that you read only the Laghutray & Brehittray and you will get selection.

When He faced competition, He found that the study of Laghutray and Brehittray is not sufficient. Ayurveda is globalizing, so some portion of modern medical science which is included in B.A.M.S. Syllabus also asked in examination. This never comes across during study of Laghutray and Brehittray. He give 4 times BHU, Varanasi, N.I.A., Jaipur and 1 times Jamnagar post graduate entrance test but success was far away from him

Then Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh started study with help of mine according to B.A.M.S. Syllabus, but in a different concise method. In year 2000 He was selected in B.H.U. Varanasi, N.I.A. Jaipur and U.P.S.C. Delhi. His dream was higher study from B.H.U., Varanasi so He joined department of Shalya, I.M.S., B.H.U., Varanasi. Later on some of his juniors from Bundalkhand Government Ayurvedic College, Jhansi, asked about the secret of his selection. Dr. Singh told them what method of study what he had adopted, and insist them to do that. Few of them were sincere. They fallow his pattern and got success in their target and selected in various renowned Ayurvedic post graduate college.  These incidences encourage me to share his notes with ayurvedic students. So, they may also get their target. I advised him to do that and collect in a particular manner. Now I am publishing thease notes for you.

The notes are dedicated to Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva live in highest peak of mountain and the peaks of mountain, in Hindi language are called as Choti, and these notes are bless of lord Shiva, and these will bring in front of you through me. These note will took you at highest peak of Ayurveda. Hence, the name Chotiwala's Tutorials and Guidance come in to existence.
