Pace with Chotiwala's Tutorials And Guidance
Change with Your Daily RoutineDear doctor
You are busy person but need some suggestion from Chotiwala's Tutorials And Guidance side. First of all you have
to awaken early in the morning at 4.00am. At this time our hormone level such
ACTH etc are going to rise. We have to utilize them for our betterment. Here is
your time table according to Chotiwala's Tutorials And Guidance suggestions
4.00 – 4.30 am: for toilet and bath.
4.30 – 5.00 am: for Slight Meditation and Deep breathing excersise
5.00 – 7.00 am: for Study
7.00am – 2.00 pm: for breakfast & light music / Hospital work
2.00 – 4.00 pm: for rest
4.00 – 9.00 for study/coauching
9.00. – 9.30 for Dinner with light music/TV
9.30 – 10.00pm for preparation for sleep and review of work completed in day and
same planning for the next day
10.00 pm – 4.00 am for sleep
Here you may see that only 2 hour is for study but not. You have to study the
notes during your Hospital work also. You have to also choose your notes or
subject according to department in which you are posted. In this situation you
can do two works in one time. In department you have to manage your time with to
do list.
When you create a to do list make sure you keep in mind that once you write some
thing down it will be done. There are no question in your mind that list should
be contract with your self.
At first make the list short. Don’t expect more than you are able to do. If you
create a list of twenty tasks all of which will take at least 20 minute. You
have gone way past your working in doing so. You have essential built in a
procrastination factor for yourself. Keep tract of what you are putting on your
list. Be honest with your self and be realism.
Create a To do list of every thing you need to do. Then break it down into
smaller chunks. Remember, to estimate how much time each project will take and
how important it is to accomplish each. If a job will take longer than a day
split the time in half and see if you can do a little to day and little another
day. Before creating your to do list please consider following point –
1. How long will each project (Chotiwala's Tutorials And Guidance) take to complete?
2. Do you have all the ingredients to work on your task today?
3. Will it take more than one day of your time?
4. Is your work space clear and ready for this Particular (Chotiwala's Tutorials And Guidance)
kind of work?
5. Are you giving yourself a break or a gift if you complete this project (Chotiwala's
Notes)?
6. Does some one else expect you to finish this project?
7. Can you count on that person to remind you? Or to complement you when its
done?
8. Have you set reasonable dead line for your self?
Be positive in thinking and doing. Your target is at your door.
