Cancer In Ayurveda
Before Commencement of Ayurvedic Concept of Cancer (Arbuda). One should understand about the Ayurvedic concept of body.
According to Ayurveda, The body is formed by Strotas. Strotas are nothing but these are channel or Cells which secrets some things. Strotas is broad term and the characteristics of Strotas can be obtained by various synonyms given for define the Strotas. According to Caraka, Strotas may be considered by sira (Vein), dhamani (Artery), rasanadi (Lymphatics), path (way or Road), marga (Way or Road), sarirkshidra (opeings of Body), samvrint (closed), asamvrint (open), Sthana (Place), Ashaya (Chamber), Niketa (empty space), Shariradhatvaavakasha (intera cellular or extracellular space), lakshya (Macroscopic), alakshya (Microscopic) structure. all these synonym can also applied over the cell as microscopic structure and as a whole on a body as macroscopic structure. Strotas are innumerable. What so ever produces in the body, it is developed by Strotas. These Strotas formed several groups of systems.however, For better understanding, these are are divided into fallowing groups i.e.

These Strotas are different system of body which are connected each other by Rakta and Rasa Vahini Dhaminies (Arteries, Veins, Lymphatics, Nerves). The Strotas bath in Rasa and takes nutrition from Rasa. In modern medicine the Rasa is known as Fluid available in the body. This fluid is divided in to Intracellular fluid and extra cellular fluid. The Extra cellular Fluid is further divided in to Intravascular fluid and Plasma. Intravascular fluid is further divided in to Lymph and blood.
The Normal Position of these Strotas is maintained by the Various factors. Modern Medicine discover these factors as forces which as
