Patient was come with pus

discharge from left side of neck

Mr Pandey was operated at Mumbai for carcinoma of Left mandible. The left hemi mandiblactomy was performed by Commando incision. after that chemotherapy and Radiotherapy also given to patient and subsequently he developed Sinus in left side neck he was also treated at

His skin was burnt due to

radiotherapy.

locally at Cancer Hospital Bhopal. He come to Chotiwala's Ayurveda on 02.03.2006. He had complain of loss of salivation, pus discharge from sinus present in left side of neck, loss of appetite, vomiting after eating food. Burning sensation on planter surface of both of feet. LAST RADIO THERAPY DONE ON DATE 28/02/2006.

There was a sinus from where

Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh examine the patient and found pus was coming from his sinus with his respiration. His condition was very poor & getting pain he come.

the condition was much better the pus was not comming form sinus. the burn area of radiotherapy was cure. patient was happy that some of his problems was diminished.
