Chotiwala's Ayurveda Case Details of A Case of Mouth cancer

Mr. O.P. was a case of mouth cancer. He was having history of tobacco chewing. He was diagnosed as Carcinoma of right base tongue. The microscopic report dated on 9.12.02 was invasive keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma grade II with evidence of invasion of muscle fibres of the tongue. dated 28.2.2007 reported that invasive squamous cell carcinoma tongue grade III showing recurrence. In this period he had taken chemotherapy and radiotherapy but no relief from cancer was found the tumor was remain there. then he come to Chotiwala's Ayurveda in November 2007. Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh examine the patient and some supportive threatment was given. On 10.12.2007 Chotiwala's Ayurveda cancer management started.

Before Chotiwala's Ayurveda cancer management and during treatment several biopsy were taken and every time picture also take to see the progress of the Chotiwala's Ayurveda cancer management. Very first biopsy just before the Chotiwala's Ayurveda cancer management dated 13.12.2007 shows invasive squamous cell carcinoma grade III. 21.12.2007 Two unstained slide for cytological study were sent report shows that pappnicolaous stained smear studied and both smears studied shows hemorrhagic smear only.

Again on 13.01.2008 biopsy from two places were taken and sent to histopathological examinations. the report was found that

The Straitifiend squamous epithilium of tongue is seen, which is ulcerated. the sub eipithelial tissue is showing chronic inflammation with infiltration by lymphocytes, mononuclear cells and thin walled capillaries.

NO EVIDENCE OF ANY MALIGNANCY IN ANY OF THE TWO PIECES EXAMINED.
