Chotiwala's Ayurveda Present Case Details of unique Patient which are successfully Treated by Chotiwala's Ayurvedic Managements and where other Contemporary managements fails.

Case Report Diabetic Foot Mr. S.lal is a known case of Diabetic mellitus since 1998, having complain of pus discharge 1.5 - 2 month his x-rays shows that multiple osteolytic and destructive lesion on upper end of 1st metatarsal and proximal phalange of left gtr toe. patient having history of bypass cardiac surgery in 2003,Angiplasty in 2002 and operation of Rt.kidney for Renal Stone 1996 when Some one Advice him for amputation of left foot, he come at Chotiwala's Ayurveda, for treatment on 28/08/2007. Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh Singh Examine the patient and found very foul smell was coming from wound and looking very bad.( see first Picture). He was taking insulin 12 unit, anti diabetic medicine and broad spectrum antibiotics. in spite of these medication he was was not curing. Dr. Singh advice him to continue his allopathic medication and give prescription of Ayurvedic medicine of Triphala gugglu, Nimbadi Curna, Punervava Mandure and Amalaki rasayana and decoction of Neem leaf for oral medication. Dr. Singh use decoction of Neem leaf for dressing after cleaning the wound with chlorine water and hydrogen peroxide. and after 15 days broad spectrum antibiotic stopped. However, with these managements patient's wound healed vary well. this again prove the efficacy of Ayurvedic management over diabetic wound
