Mr. P.T. was a case of lungs cancer. He was having history of spraying anti mosquito spray in his place and sit in the fumes of that spray. Probably spray may be initiator of the carcinoma of lungs. First he had complain of dyspnea during heavy work. He went to his health physician and started ante tubercular treatment. later on he was diagnosed as carcinoma of lungs. after diagnosis chemotherapy and radiotherapy was given local cancer hospital. he developed complications of chemo and radiotherapy such as falling of hair, weakness, vomiting etc. He come to Chotiwala's Ayurveda.
